The AI Enablement Manager owns the human side of AI transformation — ensuring that when AI tools are deployed, people actually use them effectively and the organisation captures the intended business value. This role combines change management, training design and deep AI tool knowledge to close the adoption gap that causes most enterprise AI programmes to underdeliver. Role & Responsibilities: • Design and execute AI enablement programmes: needs assessment, learning pathway design, delivery planning and adoption measurement • Build and deliver training on AI tools: Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, AI coding assistants, enterprise AI platforms and custom AI applications • Partner with AI programme leads to integrate adoption activities into project delivery — not bolted on at the end • Develop AI use case libraries: documenting where AI adds genuine value in specific roles and workflows with practical examples • Measure AI adoption and value realisation: tracking tool usage, productivity metrics, user confidence scores and business outcomes • Build the internal AI champions network: identifying and supporting enthusiastic early adopters who accelerate peer-to-peer learning • Run AI literacy programmes for leadership: helping executives understand AI capabilities, limitations and governance responsibilities • Manage the AI tools communication strategy: keeping the workforce informed about new capabilities, policy changes and best practices Required Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of change management, L&D or technology adoption experience with at least 2 years focused on AI tools • Deep hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot or enterprise AI platforms — you use these tools yourself • Experience designing and delivering technical training to non-technical audiences • Strong data skills for adoption measurement: dashboards, tracking metrics and presenting to leadership • Excellent stakeholder management: from frontline employees to C-suite executives • Change management certification (Prosci, APMG) is advantageous • Microsoft 365 Certified or GitHub Copilot credentials are a strong advantage What We Offer: • Strategic role at the centre of enterprise AI transformation • Salary £70,000–£90,000 based on experience • Remote-first with travel to client or office sites • Direct partnership with AI programme leadership and HR The AI Enablement Manager turns AI investment into human value — capability into behaviour change, behaviour change into business outcomes.
