A global consumer brand with an AI centre of excellence in Gurugram is hiring an AI Platform Engineer to build and operate the infrastructure that powers their AI products. You will work on Azure AI Foundry, Databricks and MLflow to create a unified platform for model development, deployment and monitoring across business units. Role & Responsibilities: • Design and build the AI platform infrastructure on Azure AI Foundry and Databricks • Set up model serving pipelines using Azure ML Online Endpoints and Databricks Model Serving • Build feature engineering pipelines integrating Databricks Feature Store with downstream model training jobs • Implement experiment tracking, model versioning and lineage using MLflow • Create reusable platform components: prompt templates, evaluation pipelines and safety guardrails for LLM workloads • Define compute governance: GPU cluster policies, auto-scaling and cost allocation across teams • Collaborate with data scientists to accelerate the path from notebook experiment to production deployment • Monitor model performance in production and trigger automated retraining pipelines Required Skills & Experience: • 4+ years of ML engineering, MLOps or data engineering experience • Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure ML or equivalent AI platform • Strong Databricks skills: Feature Store, Model Serving, MLflow, Workflows • Python proficiency; familiarity with LangChain or Azure OpenAI SDK is a plus • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or Azure Container Apps for model deployment • Understanding of AI safety, responsible AI principles and prompt injection risks • Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) preferred What We Offer: • Hybrid role — 3 days in Gurugram office, 2 days remote • Salary ₹40–55L based on experience • Work on high-visibility AI products used by millions of consumers • Access to Azure AI preview programmes and Microsoft partnership resources This role is for an engineer excited about the infrastructure layer of AI — not just building models but building the platform that makes AI reliable, scalable and safe across an enterprise.
