A UAE telecom enterprise managing critical national infrastructure is hiring a Cloud Platform Lead to govern and evolve their multi-cloud platform across Azure, AWS and GCP. You will lead a team of cloud engineers, define platform standards and ensure the reliability, security and cost-efficiency of cloud services used by 10,000+ employees and millions of subscribers. Role & Responsibilities: • Lead a team of 6–8 cloud engineers across Azure, AWS and GCP platforms • Define multi-cloud architecture standards, landing zone designs and cloud governance frameworks • Own the cloud platform roadmap — rationalising services, driving standardisation and reducing complexity • Implement infrastructure-as-code across all three clouds using Terraform and cloud-native IaC tools • Establish FinOps practices: cost allocation, chargeback, commitment management and waste elimination • Design and enforce cloud security controls: identity federation, network segmentation, secrets management and compliance • Lead cloud migration programmes for legacy on-premises applications and data workloads • Engage with AWS, Azure and GCP account teams on enterprise agreements, roadmap previews and credits Required Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of cloud engineering experience across two or more of Azure, AWS and GCP • Proven leadership experience — you have led a team of cloud or platform engineers • Expert-level Terraform skills and infrastructure-as-code at enterprise scale • Deep knowledge of cloud networking: VNet/VPC, Transit Gateway, ExpressRoute/Direct Connect, hybrid DNS • Experience with Kubernetes across managed services: AKS, EKS, GKE • Relevant certifications across two or more clouds (Azure, AWS, GCP Solutions Architect) preferred • Telecom, utilities or critical infrastructure experience is advantageous What We Offer: • Hybrid role — Dubai office with flexible remote arrangement • Tax-free salary AED 30,000–40,000 per month plus housing and transport allowance • Strategic platform role with national infrastructure significance • Multi-year programme with budget to modernise and standardise cloud operations A rare opportunity to lead a multi-cloud platform at genuine enterprise scale in a strategically important UAE organisation.
