D365 Sales AI Consultant

The D365 Sales AI Consultant specialises in implementing AI-powered sales capabilities within Dynamics 365 Sales — a role defined by Microsoft's new AB-210 certification that replaces elements of the retiring MB-210. As Microsoft embeds Copilot deeply into the D365 Sales workflow, the implementation consultant must now be as comfortable configuring AI selling features as they are with traditional CRM configuration. Role & Responsibilities: • Implement Dynamics 365 Sales with full AI capability activation: Sales Copilot, conversation intelligence, relationship analytics, predictive scoring and AI-powered opportunity management • Configure and customise Copilot for Sales: meeting summarisation, email generation, CRM data enrichment, next action recommendations and pipeline health analysis • Deploy conversation intelligence: call recording setup, topic detection, keyword tracking, competitive mention analysis and coaching recommendations for sales managers • Implement predictive lead and opportunity scoring: data model assessment, scoring model configuration, integration with sales workflow and adoption training for sales teams • Configure relationship analytics: relationship health scoring, activity history analysis, stakeholder map setup and at-risk deal identification • Integrate Dynamics 365 Sales AI features with Microsoft 365: Outlook add-in deployment, Teams meeting intelligence, Viva Sales configuration and SharePoint integration • Lead sales process workshops: mapping client sales methodology to D365 AI capabilities, identifying where AI adds genuine value and designing the human-AI workflow • Deliver training and change management for AI-augmented selling: helping sales teams and managers adopt AI features that change their daily workflow • AB-210 certification — required or actively in beta; MB-210 holders transitioning are the primary audience Required Skills & Experience: • 4+ years of Dynamics 365 Sales implementation experience • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Copilot features: you have configured and demonstrated Sales Copilot, conversation intelligence and predictive scoring in client environments • Strong Power Platform knowledge: Power Apps for sales tools, Power Automate for sales workflows, Power BI for sales analytics • Microsoft 365 integration depth: Outlook, Teams, Viva Sales and the Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales experience • Client-facing consulting experience: you run workshops, manage stakeholders and deliver training independently • AB-210 or MB-210 certification required; Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300) is a strong advantage What We Offer: • Specialist role at the intersection of CRM and enterprise AI • Salary £70,000–£95,000 based on experience • Remote-first with occasional client onsite • Microsoft partner certification support and early AB-210 access The D365 Sales AI Consultant helps sales organisations use AI to sell better — not by replacing salespeople, but by giving them intelligence, time and better conversations.
