A large Middle East enterprise with operations across retail, real estate and hospitality is hiring a Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Lead to own the design, delivery and ongoing development of their customer engagement platform. You will lead a team of D365 developers and administrators, working directly with business stakeholders to drive CRM adoption and deliver AI-powered customer experiences. Role & Responsibilities: • Lead the architecture and delivery of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Field Service modules • Design custom entities, forms, views, business rules and workflows within D365 CE • Build Power Automate flows for business process automation integrated with D365 CE and external systems • Configure and customise Dynamics 365 Marketing and Customer Insights for campaign management and customer segmentation • Lead integrations between D365 CE and ERP, eCommerce and customer portal systems using Azure API Management and Logic Apps • Manage a team of 3–4 D365 developers and administrators: code reviews, sprint planning and quality assurance • Work with business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to gather requirements and drive CRM adoption • Define D365 governance standards: solution architecture, ALM processes and environment management Required Skills & Experience: • 6+ years of Dynamics 365 CE / CRM experience including team leadership • Deep expertise across D365 CE modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing or Field Service • Strong Power Platform skills: Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI integration with D365 • Experience with D365 integrations using Azure services: Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant (MB-210 or MB-230) preferred • Retail, real estate or hospitality industry experience is advantageous • Arabic language skills are a plus; English is the working language What We Offer: • Onsite role in Dubai with a competitive tax-free package • Salary AED 28,000–38,000 per month plus health insurance and annual flight allowance • Leadership role with direct business impact across multiple customer-facing divisions • Long-term engagement with a well-funded enterprise group An ideal role for a senior D365 CE consultant ready to step into a CRM leadership position in one of the Middle East's most dynamic enterprise environments.
