A UK Microsoft Gold Partner delivering Dynamics 365 implementations to mid-market and enterprise clients is hiring a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant. You will work across discovery, design, configuration and go-live phases on F&O programmes spanning manufacturing, distribution and professional services clients. Role & Responsibilities: • Lead requirements gathering and solution design workshops for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations • Configure and customise D365 F&O modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement and Inventory Management • Design integrations between D365 F&O and third-party systems using Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps and Dual-write • Develop functional specifications for customisations and work with ABAP/X++ developers to review technical designs • Lead user acceptance testing, data migration validation and go-live cutover activities • Deliver end-user training and produce training documentation for client teams • Support post-go-live stabilisation and hypercare phases • Contribute to pre-sales activities: solution demonstrations, effort estimation and proposal writing Required Skills & Experience: • 4+ years of Dynamics 365 F&O or AX implementation experience • Strong functional knowledge across Finance and Supply Chain modules • Experience with D365 F&O integrations: dual-write, OData, DMF data migration • Familiarity with Power Platform: Power Automate flows integrated with D365 and Power BI reporting • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB-310) preferred • Client-facing consulting experience — you are comfortable leading workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders • Manufacturing or distribution industry experience is a strong advantage What We Offer: • Fully remote role based in the UK with occasional client onsite visits • Salary £65,000–£85,000 based on experience • Varied client portfolio across manufacturing, distribution and services sectors • Microsoft partner benefits: certification support, training days and internal knowledge sharing A strong opportunity for a D365 F&O consultant who wants client variety, remote working and a clear path to senior consultant or solution architect.
