Multiple Microsoft Authorised Training Partners are looking for experienced freelance Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) to join their preferred supplier networks. This listing represents ongoing demand from several training organisations for MCTs who can deliver across the Microsoft technology stack on a flexible, booking-by-booking basis. What These Roles Involve: • Deliver Microsoft instructor-led training across one or more of: Azure infrastructure (AZ-104, AZ-305), Data & Analytics (DP-600, PL-300, DP-203), Security (AZ-500, SC-200), AI (AI-102, MS-4018), Microsoft 365 (MS-900, MS-102) or Power Platform (PL-100, PL-400) • Work with multiple training partners simultaneously — you manage your own schedule and accept bookings that suit your availability • Deliver virtual ILT primarily; occasional onsite delivery for premium clients • Maintain your MCT status through annual renewal and meet Microsoft's continuing education requirements • Set up and manage lab environments, manage student access and deliver high-quality post-course evaluations • Build a reputation across training partner networks that generates consistent repeat bookings What Training Partners Are Looking For: • Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status — mandatory • At least two current Microsoft certifications at Associate or Expert level • Practical hands-on experience in the courses you deliver — not just exam knowledge • Professional communication, reliable availability and consistent delivery quality ratings • Experience with virtual delivery platforms: Teams, Zoom, Webex for ILT delivery • Ability to invoice as a sole trader, limited company or via an umbrella company What You Can Expect: • Day rate £400–£600 depending on course and partner — higher rates for specialist or newly released courses • Flexible scheduling — typically 3–15 training days per month depending on your availability and course portfolio • No exclusivity requirement — work with multiple partners simultaneously • Clear path to higher rates as you build certifications, delivery history and partner relationships The Microsoft training market rewards MCTs who invest in their certification portfolio and delivery quality.
