A Global Microsoft Learning Partner with authorised training centres across the UK, US, Europe and the Middle East is looking for a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) to deliver AI-102 (Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution) and MS-4018 (Microsoft 365 Copilot for Admins and Users) courses to corporate and public sector audiences. Role & Responsibilities: • Deliver instructor-led training for AI-102: Azure AI Services, Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, Document Intelligence and custom vision solutions • Deliver MS-4018: Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption, configuration, prompt engineering and governance for enterprise clients • Adapt course content and delivery approach to audience skill level — from developers to business analysts • Create and maintain lab environments, course materials and post-training resources • Provide technical consultancy to clients on Azure AI adoption and Copilot rollout strategies • Contribute to course development and review as Microsoft releases updated content • Represent the partner at Microsoft events, webinars and sales enablement sessions Required Skills & Experience: • Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status — mandatory • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) — required • Practical experience with Azure AI Services: Language, Vision, Speech, OpenAI, Document Intelligence • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Teams and the Power Platform • Prior experience delivering technical training to corporate audiences • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English • MS-4018 or SC-900 certifications are advantageous What We Offer: • Fully remote delivery with occasional onsite client sessions (travel covered) • Day rate £650–£850 depending on experience and course type • Flexible schedule — work with multiple clients and training organisations • Access to Microsoft learning partner resources, labs and preview content This role is well-suited to an MCT who is passionate about the AI transformation wave and wants to be at the forefront of helping enterprises adopt Azure AI and Copilot at scale.
