A European Microsoft Authorised Learning Partner with an enterprise client base across Germany, Netherlands, France and Scandinavia is hiring a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) to deliver Azure Administrator (AZ-104) training. AZ-104 remains one of the most consistently booked Microsoft courses as organisations continue their Azure adoption journeys. Role & Responsibilities: • Deliver instructor-led AZ-104 training: Azure identity, governance, storage, compute, networking and monitoring modules • Train IT administrators, infrastructure engineers and cloud operations teams transitioning from on-premises to Azure • Set up and manage lab environments covering Azure portal, PowerShell, Azure CLI and ARM/Bicep deployment exercises • Adapt course delivery for different audience profiles — from experienced Windows Server administrators to cloud newcomers • Provide post-training guidance on AZ-104 exam preparation strategies and recommended study resources • Advise clients on Azure adoption pathways and hybrid identity scenarios (Entra ID Connect, Entra ID hybrid join) • Contribute to course content updates as Azure services and AZ-104 exam objectives evolve • Occasionally deliver related courses: AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals), AZ-700 (Network Engineer) or AZ-500 (Security Engineer) depending on competency Required Skills & Experience: • Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status — mandatory • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) — required • Hands-on Azure administration experience in a real enterprise environment • Strong knowledge of Azure networking, virtual machines, storage, Entra ID and Azure Monitor • Experience with Azure PowerShell and CLI for administrative automation • Prior experience delivering AZ-104 or equivalent infrastructure training to corporate audiences • AZ-305 (Solutions Architect) or AZ-500 (Security Engineer) is a strong advantage for cross-selling engagements What We Offer: • Fully remote virtual delivery with occasional onsite sessions across European client sites (travel covered) • Day rate €600–€800 based on experience and engagement type • Consistent booking pipeline across major European markets • Access to Microsoft partner courseware, Azure lab tenants and exam voucher programmes The AZ-104 is the backbone course for any Microsoft training portfolio — ideal for an MCT who has lived Azure administration and can teach it with authority from real operational experience.
