A Global Microsoft Learning Partner is seeking experienced Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) to deliver Microsoft Fabric and Azure infrastructure training to corporate clients worldwide. This is a high-demand role as organisations globally adopt Microsoft Fabric as their unified analytics platform. Role & Responsibilities: • Deliver instructor-led training for DP-600 (Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer), AZ-104 (Azure Administrator) and related courses • Train corporate audiences including data engineers, architects and BI developers on Microsoft Fabric: Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Real-Time Intelligence and Power BI integration • Set up Fabric trial workspaces and lab environments for each training cohort • Provide hands-on guidance through labs covering OneLake, Spark notebooks, Data Factory pipelines and semantic models • Advise clients on Fabric adoption pathways and migration strategies from Azure Synapse and SQL Server • Contribute to course material development and review as Fabric features evolve rapidly • Occasionally support pre-sales demonstrations and proof-of-concept workshops alongside account teams Required Skills & Experience: • Active Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status — mandatory • Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600) — required • Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203/DP-700) preferred • Practical hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric in a real-world project or lab environment • Experience delivering technical training to engineering or analytics audiences • Strong English communication and presentation skills • Power BI, Azure Synapse or Databricks experience is advantageous What We Offer: • Fully remote training delivery (virtual ILT); occasional onsite for premium clients with travel covered • Day rate £600–£900 depending on course and experience level • Consistent pipeline of engagements across UK, Europe, US and Middle East clients • Access to Microsoft partner resources, preview tenants and certification prep materials Microsoft Fabric is the fastest-growing data platform certification area in 2025–2026.
