A global Salesforce Partner Organisation delivering official and custom Salesforce training to enterprise clients across UK, US, Europe and the Middle East is hiring a Salesforce Certified Trainer. With Salesforce's Agentforce and Data Cloud product launches driving a major wave of enterprise upskilling, demand for qualified Salesforce trainers is at an all-time high. Role & Responsibilities: • Deliver Salesforce instructor-led training across core products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Platform development • Train audiences from Salesforce administrators and business users to developers and architects • Deliver Agentforce and Einstein AI training as clients adopt Salesforce's AI-first product strategy • Set up and manage Salesforce Developer Org and Trailhead lab environments for training cohorts • Design custom training programmes for enterprise clients implementing specific Salesforce products or undergoing org migrations • Advise clients on Salesforce certification pathways: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Architect tracks • Contribute to course development and content updates as Salesforce releases three major platform updates per year • Occasionally deliver Salesforce consulting support alongside training for strategic client engagements Required Skills & Experience: • Salesforce Certified Administrator — required; multiple Salesforce certifications strongly preferred • At least one of: Salesforce Platform Developer I, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Data Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation or administration experience • Prior experience delivering Salesforce training or instructor-led workshops to business and technical audiences • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein AI or Agentforce features — highly advantageous as the training market shifts toward AI • Salesforce Authorised Training Provider (ATP) instructor status — required or willing to complete the process • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service or Experience Cloud is a plus What We Offer: • Fully remote virtual delivery with occasional onsite client sessions (travel covered) • Day rate £500–£700 based on experience and course complexity • Consistent bookings across enterprise Salesforce programmes in UK, US, Europe and Middle East • Access to Salesforce partner resources, Trailhead Go environments and certification exam support The combination of Salesforce's dominant CRM market position and their aggressive AI product launches creates one of the strongest demand environments for certified Salesforce trainers in the market today.
