A global SAP Partner Organisation with a specialist training practice across Germany, UK, Netherlands and Switzerland is hiring an SAP Training Consultant to deliver S/4HANA and BW/4HANA courses. The ongoing wave of SAP S/4HANA migrations across European enterprises continues to drive significant demand for technically credible SAP training delivery. Role & Responsibilities: • Deliver instructor-led SAP training across S/4HANA functional modules: Finance (FI/CO), Logistics (MM/SD/PP), and S/4HANA Migration and Transition • Deliver BW/4HANA training covering data modelling (aDSO, CompositeProvider), transformation design, query development and BEx/Analysis for Office • Train diverse audiences: end users, functional consultants, technical developers and programme managers • Design custom training programmes for S/4HANA go-live readiness, tailored to client-specific system configurations and business processes • Develop training materials: e-learning modules, quick reference cards, job aids and system simulation scripts using SAP Enable Now • Manage SAP training system landscapes: client setup, master data creation and role-based user access for training environments • Advise clients on SAP adoption strategy and change management alongside technical training delivery • Contribute to the SAP training practice: methodology development, trainer community and content library maintenance Required Skills & Experience: • 6+ years of SAP consulting or training experience with deep S/4HANA expertise • Strong functional knowledge in at least two S/4HANA modules: FI, CO, MM, SD, PP or BW/4HANA • SAP Certified Application Associate in at least one relevant module — preferred • Experience with SAP Enable Now for e-learning and performance support content development • Prior experience delivering SAP training to end users and functional consultants on live programmes • Familiarity with S/4HANA Cloud (public or private edition) is advantageous • German language skills are preferred; English is acceptable for international engagements What We Offer: • Remote-first role with occasional onsite delivery at client sites across Germany and Europe (travel covered) • Day rate €700–€950 based on experience and module specialisation • Consistent long-term programme engagements — SAP S/4HANA migrations run for 2–4 years • Access to SAP partner training resources, system landscapes and certification support An ideal role for an experienced SAP consultant ready to transition into training delivery — combining deep functional expertise with the satisfaction of enabling large enterprise teams to adopt S/4HANA successfully.
