A global IT consultancy serving Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 clients is hiring a ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex ServiceNow implementations. You will define platform architecture, govern technical standards and act as the most senior technical voice on client engagements across ITSM, HRSD, CSPM and custom application development. Role & Responsibilities: • Lead solution architecture for ServiceNow implementations: ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM and Customer Service Management • Design integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, MID Server and Flow Designer • Define platform governance standards: instance strategy, application scoping, update set management and CI/CD pipeline configuration • Build custom ServiceNow applications using the Now Platform: Workspace UI Builder, App Engine, scripted REST APIs and Business Rules • Conduct architecture reviews and technical assurance across multiple concurrent client programmes • Lead pre-sales technical activities: solution demonstrations, architecture proposals and effort estimation • Mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators on platform best practices and advanced scripting • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and evaluate new features for client adoption Required Skills & Experience: • 7+ years of ServiceNow development and architecture experience • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and at least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) — required • Deep JavaScript skills for ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobs • Experience designing ServiceNow integrations with enterprise tools: Azure AD, Jira, SAP, Salesforce • Hands-on App Engine and Now Platform development experience for custom application builds • Client-facing consulting experience with the ability to lead architecture workshops independently • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a strong advantage What We Offer: • Remote-first role with travel to client sites in India and the UK as required • Salary ₹40–60L based on experience • Exposure to diverse, complex enterprise ServiceNow environments across multiple industries • ServiceNow partner benefits: certification support and early access to platform previews The most senior technical ServiceNow role in the practice — for an architect who wants to define how complex enterprise platforms are built, not just configure them.
