A PE-backed HR technology company serving enterprise clients across the UK, US and Australia is hiring a Workday Integration Specialist to own the design, build and support of Workday integrations across their client base. You will work on complex Workday implementations and post-go-live managed services engagements, delivering integrations that connect Workday with payroll, benefits, ATS and ERP systems. Role & Responsibilities: • Design and build Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors and Document Transformation • Develop Workday BIRT reports and calculated fields to support integration outputs and client reporting requirements • Build inbound and outbound integrations for payroll (ADP, Ceridian, SD Worx), ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters), benefits and pension providers • Support Workday HCM, Payroll and Financials module integrations and ensure cross-module data consistency • Troubleshoot integration failures, monitor integration logs and manage error handling and retry mechanisms • Manage Workday tenant configuration for integrations: security groups, integration system users and ISU setup • Contribute to integration design documentation, technical specifications and testing plans • Support Workday bi-annual release testing for integration compatibility Required Skills & Experience: • 4+ years of Workday integration development experience • Proficiency with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors and Document Transformation (XSLT) • Experience with Workday BIRT report development and calculated fields • Understanding of Workday HCM data model: worker, position, compensation, organisation structures • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and XML/JSON for integration design • Workday Integration or HCM certification preferred • Experience with Workday Extend or Workday Prism Analytics is advantageous What We Offer: • Fully remote role open to UK and US candidates • Salary £70,000–£90,000 (or USD equivalent) based on experience • Broad client exposure across enterprise HCM programmes in multiple industries • Workday certification support and bi-annual release training A specialist integration role for a Workday developer who wants deep ownership of complex enterprise integrations across a varied client portfolio.
