    Refund Policy

    CVFine provides free runs so you can fully evaluate the service before spending anything. Paid purchases are non-refundable once used. CVFine outputs are AI-generated guidance — not professional career advice, and not a guarantee of any employment outcome. Use of the service is entirely at your own discretion.

    1. Free Runs — Try Before You Buy

    Every user receives free daily runs on CVFine. Free runs give access to the Classic CV template, AI Readiness Score, and career snapshot — sufficient to evaluate the quality of the platform before purchasing.

    Because a genuine free trial is available to all users, we do not process refunds on the basis that a user was unhappy with output quality after purchasing, where that output is consistent with what the free tier demonstrates.

    2. Run Packs — Non-Refundable Once Used

    Run packs (Starter, Job Hunter, Career Move, Career Change) are non-refundable once any run in the pack has been consumed.

    If you purchase a pack and have not consumed any runs, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@instrovate.com. Requests made after 24 hours or after any run has been consumed will not be processed.

    Partial refunds for unused runs within a partially consumed pack are not available. Runs do not expire and remain on your account until used.

    3. Fellowship — Non-Refundable Once Activated

    Fellowship programme details — including the project brief, milestone structure, submission requirements, and assessment criteria — are displayed in full before payment is requested. By proceeding to payment you confirm you have reviewed and accept the programme terms.

    Fellowship payments are non-refundable once you have been activated and milestones have been generated. Activation occurs automatically on payment confirmation.

    We do not process refunds on the basis that a fellow did not complete the programme, found it too challenging, or changed their career focus after enrolment. All programme details are available for review before any payment is made.

    If activation fails due to a technical fault on our side and milestones are not generated within 24 hours of payment, contact us and we will refund you in full.

    4. Technical Failure Refunds

    We will process a refund in the following circumstances:

    — Your CV run did not complete within 30 minutes due to a fault on our side and we could not resolve it within a further 24 hours.

    — Output files were corrupt or undownloadable and we could not resolve the issue.

    — You were charged twice for the same transaction due to a payment error.

    — Fellowship activation failed on our side and milestones were not generated within 24 hours of payment.

    Contact support@instrovate.com with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours on business days.

    5. How Refunds Are Processed

    Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe within 7 to 14 business days depending on your card issuer. We do not issue refunds in any other form.

    6. AI-Generated Content

    CVFine outputs are generated by AI and vary dynamically between runs. Variation in tone, structure, or phrasing between runs is expected and is not grounds for a refund. CVFine outputs are guidance only — not professional career, legal, or financial advice.
