CVFine is a product of Instrovate Technologies, registered in Dubai, UAE. CVFine is an AI-powered career and jobs platform offering profile creation, recruiter visibility, AI Readiness Scoring, interview preparation, weekly career emails, AI fellowship programmes, and job listings with direct application.

Instrovate Technologies is a Microsoft Partner and Databricks Partner with a team of Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs).

You must be 18 or older to use CVFine. You must upload only your own CV or LinkedIn PDF export. You must not upload malicious, fabricated, or third-party content. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide.

CVFine may be used for personal career development only. Systematic or automated use, bulk CV processing, recruitment agency use without prior written agreement, or any use intended to circumvent rate limits or access controls is prohibited.

Users may browse and apply to job listings on CVFine. When you apply to a job via CVFine, your application is submitted on your behalf using your saved profile and CV. By applying you authorise CVFine to share your profile and CV with the relevant employer or recruiter posting the role.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account at our discretion, including accounts showing patterns of abuse. In cases of termination due to abuse, no refund will be issued.

CVFine is an AI jobs platform that helps professionals get ready for, find, and apply to AI roles. The platform provides:

Profile and Recruiter Visibility: Create a career profile that is visible to approved recruiters on the CVFine platform. Your profile is matched to relevant AI roles automatically.

AI Readiness Score: Upload your CV to receive a free AI Readiness Score — an assessment of where you stand relative to AI roles in your field, including a skill gap summary and honest assessment.

AI Interview Preparation: Receive personalised AI interview questions and model answers matched to your role and industry. Accessible from your profile.

Weekly Personalised Career Emails: Subscribe to receive weekly AI interview questions and career guidance tailored to your role and industry. You may unsubscribe at any time.

AI Fellowship: A structured, project-based AI upskilling programme across four tiers (Tier I–IV), ending in a publicly verifiable CVFine certificate. Fellowship terms are detailed in Section 9.

Job Listings and Direct Application: Browse AI role listings and apply directly through CVFine. Applications are submitted using your saved profile and CV.

All AI-generated content is produced by large language models. CVFine does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before use. By using CVFine you accept that AI-generated content may contain errors and that it is your responsibility to verify any content before relying on it.

CVFine does not guarantee any employment outcome, interview invitation, salary level, or job offer as a result of using any CVFine service — including AI assessments, career guidance, or the Instrovate AI Fellowship programme. Completing a fellowship programme or obtaining a CVFine certificate does not guarantee employment, promotion, or any specific career outcome. By using CVFine you acknowledge that career outcomes depend entirely on factors outside our control, and that CVFine bears no responsibility for any career or employment decisions made based on outputs from this platform.

CV run packs are not currently available on CVFine. This section will be updated when run packs are reintroduced.

Free features available to all users include profile creation, AI Readiness Score, and interview preparation questions.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. All prices are in USD. By completing a purchase you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

CVFine uses Stripe for payment processing. We never see or store your card details. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.

Prices displayed at checkout are inclusive of any applicable fees. CVFine reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

CV runs typically complete within 3–9 minutes depending on the mode selected. You will receive an email notification when your results are ready. Download links are accessible from your dashboard.

If a run fails to complete within 30 minutes due to a fault on our side, contact support@instrovate.com and we will resolve it or refund the run credit within 48 hours.

CVFine accepts LinkedIn PDF exports and Word (.docx) CV files. We cannot guarantee output quality if the file is password-protected, contains no extractable text, is primarily image-based, or is in a language other than English.

CVFine is an AI-assisted service. AI outputs are generated dynamically and may vary between runs. We do not guarantee identical output across multiple runs of the same input.

Your CV content and all outputs generated from it belong entirely to you. CVFine retains no rights over your CV content or generated outputs.

CVFine's templates, platform design, technology, and branding remain the property of Instrovate Technologies. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any part of the CVFine platform without written permission.

Instrovate Technologies is a Microsoft Partner and Databricks Partner. These partnership designations are awarded by the respective companies and do not constitute an endorsement of CVFine by those companies.

The Instrovate AI Fellowship is a structured, project-based AI upskilling programme. Fellows complete milestone-based projects assessed by AI and, at higher tiers, Microsoft Certified Trainers. Successful completion results in a publicly verifiable CVFine certificate.

Fellowship enrolment requires selection of a programme tier, review of the project brief, and payment. Full programme details — including milestone structure, submission requirements, and assessment criteria — are displayed to the user prior to payment.

Tier III and Tier IV fellowships include live, MCT-guided sessions of up to 4 hours (Tier III) and up to 8 hours (Tier IV). Sessions are scheduled at a mutually agreed time between the fellow and their assigned guide. These sessions are guidance-based and do not guarantee specific outcomes or accelerated completion of milestones.

Fellowship payments are non-refundable once a fellow has been activated and milestones have been generated. See the Refund Policy for complete fellowship refund terms.

CVFine reserves the right to modify fellowship programme structure, milestone requirements, and assessment criteria at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active fellows by email.

Certificates are issued by Instrovate Technologies upon successful completion of all milestones. CVFine certificates are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or equivalent to Microsoft, Databricks, CompTIA, or any other third-party certification body.

Recruiters who have been approved on the CVFine platform may view candidate profiles. Recruiter-visible profile information includes name, role, industry, location, years of experience, AI tools, availability, work preference, AI Readiness Score, and verified fellowship skills.

Recruiters may not download, export, scrape, or redistribute profile data outside the CVFine platform. Approved recruiters agree to CVFine's recruiter terms as a condition of platform access.

CVFine is not responsible for any actions taken by recruiters based on profile information viewed on the platform, or for any communications initiated by recruiters outside of CVFine.

By creating a profile on CVFine, you consent to receiving transactional emails including welcome emails and account notifications. These emails are necessary to operate the service and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

If you subscribe to weekly AI career emails — including personalised interview questions and AI tool recommendations — you may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every email.

We process your data to deliver and improve the CVFine service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is collected, used, and shared.

Instrovate Technologies' maximum liability to any user is strictly limited to the amount paid by that user for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of employment, loss of income, or any career-related outcome.

CVFine is operated from Dubai, UAE. Legal proceedings against Instrovate Technologies must be brought in the courts of the United Arab Emirates. We will not submit to the jurisdiction of any other court. For any dispute, our position will be to offer a refund of the amount paid for the specific transaction — which we consider the appropriate remedy for a digital service at these price points.

By using CVFine you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Instrovate Technologies, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your reliance on any AI-generated output from this platform.

We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. The current version is always available at cvfine.com/terms. Continued use of CVFine after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with updated terms, stop using the service.

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
